2. Refunds and Replacements:
- Refunds or replacements are provided only if there is a proven issue originating from our end, such as a defective product or service error.
- All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be provided due to misunderstandings, user error, or violations of third-party policies. Please make sure to review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Intellectual Property:
- All content, but not limited to, software, designs, documentation, and branding are the sole property of TD Services and Tyhlu Designs. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and subject to legal action.

- Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
- We are not liable for any loss, unauthorized access, or damage caused by negligence in protecting your account information.

- The technical support services include assistance in issues that relate directly to our products and services.
- Support does not include troubleshooting third-party applications, hardware malfunction, or errors caused by user modifications.
- We try to respond to support requests within 48 hours.
